General Tariffs
Off Season (May – September)
$220 per night Fri/Sat with 2 night minimum
$200 per night midweek
$1000 per week
$420 / Weekend (2 nights)
Easter Min 4 nights $1,150
Linen Cost: $20 for Queen, $15 per single bed.
May not include School holidays, long weekends
Or Phillip Island Race track events.
Peak Season (December/January) & Special Events Tarrifs
$300 per night with 2 night minimum
Public holidays/Long weekends - 3 night minimum
January $2200 for 7 nights (7 night minimum)
Superbikes February - $1500 for 3
Easter - 4 night minimum $1,200
V8s - $750 for 3 nights
Grand Prix - $2200 for 4 nights
Melbourne Cup - 4 night minimum $900

Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy:
Minimum of 2 nights on weekends.
Check in time is usually 2.00PM. Please confirm on booking. Check out time is 10.00AM. A late check out fee may occur.
50% deposit required to confirm booking with balance due before arrival.
50% of daily room rate is charged for extensions up to 6PM. After 6PM full day room rates will be applied.
If the cancelled date can be re-booked, or if there is a period of 14 days before the booked date, the deposit may be transferred to a new date. Otherwise cancellation will result in the loss of 50% of total :"No shows" will incur a full charge.
Please note, there is no refund on unused portions of packages also early departures are not eligible for any refunds.
